I am deeply grateful for your purchase and value you as a new or returning friend and guest to Butterflies for the Soul. 

When purchasing for delivery and not pickup service it is important to note the following

- in the case of any 1st time O cosmedics product purchases a prior consultation is required, this can be completed via phone, zoom or facebook messenger. This is a gifted service to you from me and this process better ensures that you will be receiving the products for your optimal and  individual  skin health needs. I may ask you to provide sensitive and private information here. Butterflies for the Soul ensures that this information is for the sole purpose of establishing correct O Cosmedic skincare for the individual and as such will be held confidential by Butterflies for the Soul, except in the unlikely events that are listed in the Butterflies for the Soul privacy statement. 

I like to keep in touch with my friends and guests and as such a follow up text, email or phone call thats relative to your service or purchase will be conducted within 14 days from the date of your purchase.

Any O cosmedics, 1 skin or Senegence purchases of over $150 will be delivered Australia wide, free of charge with Australia post, standard shipping service. 

Purchases of any O cosmedics, 1 skin or senegence that are under $150 will incur a flat rate fee of $9.95. Unless advised otherwise this will be added to your cart at the completion of your order.

Healy, frequency device purchases postage fees are at the discretion of Healy world and as such you will be notified at the point of sale. A phone consultation is also recommended but not necessary. As such this is the responsibility for the customer to call or text Butterflies for the Soul on the phone number provided. 

Should you require an express post, can be arranged at your request. Full postage fee will be charged to you for this service regardless of the parcel size or the amount of products there lying within. As such prices will vary. I will notify you before payment is requested should you choose this option. 

Standard shipping is 5-10 days Australia wide.
